Our online tracking facility is invaluable when carrying out survey work. Surveys are tracked as soon as they enter the bureau prior to scanning. Tracking ID's are logged and made available along with quantities via our secure client area.
We also publish headline data regarding coding questions (e.g. Location, Department etc) within 1 working day of receipt of forms. This allows you to track response rates from the various areas of your sample.
